Where exactly do I pick up my rental at the airport?
We will meet you in the arrivals area. Pick up your luggage, and we will be waiting for you with all the other families. Hugs are free. Kisses cost extra.Â
What if my flight is delayed?
Great follow up question. No worries. That’s why we ask for your flight number at the time of reservation. Then we can track you (in a non-creepy way) without you having to worry. We’ll be there. Last thing we want is you having to figure out how to get a hold of us to tell us you’ll be late.Â
How do returns work? (And do I need to clean anything?)
Just like pickup. Schedule your drop-off time and we will meet you at your Departure Terminal. We know kids are gross, and stuff happens, so we don’t expect everything to be clean enough to eat off of.Â
How clean is the gear? (No offense, just asking.)
We clean like toddlers are tiny biohazards (because let’s be honest… they are).
Everything meets or exceeds EU hygiene and safety standards. No weird smells, no sticky handles, no mystery stains. If we wouldn’t use it for our own kids, it doesn’t go out.
Are your Toys available in North America?
We currently ship within the EU but once we make sure all our selections meet certifications for BOTH the European Union and North America we will then offer delivery to North America. 🎉
